Let’s give Charlie Day the benefit of the doubt: “5-Second Summaries” is a fairly new game at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (it’s only been played twice before, with Andy Samberg and James Franco), so maybe Day hasn’t had time to really develop a strategy. But I think it’s totally fair to say that he is terrible at summarizing a movie in five seconds or less. However, he made up for his bad showing by accidentally creating brand new ways to high-five Jimmy Fallon, so all is forgiven.
