The sixth season of the beloved FX animated series Archer begins tonight at 10 PM ET on FX, as Sterling Archer somehow finds himself on a tropical island, while a significant change takes place back at his place of employment. Most notably, the name of ISIS will be retired, because of you know, and Malory Archer and Co. will accept their roles as new employees of the CIA. More importantly, this season will possibly let us know if Sterling is capable of evolving beyond his womanizing man-whore ways and being a good, loving father to his and Lana’s baby, Abijean.
Along for the ride will be the ISIS, I mean CIA gang that we’ve come to love so much for their hilariously awful attitudes and behavior, including Cheryl/Carol/Cherlene, Cyril, Dr. Krieger, and Pam Poovey, who ingested more cocaine in Season 5 than every producer in the history of Hollywood combined. But before we sit down to watch Season 6, let’s take a quick trip back through the first five seasons and see just how much we all know about this wonderful series.
And I expect for everyone to pass this with flying colors, or else Dr. Krieger’s girlfriend will be sadder than ever.
