Parks and Recreation (NBC, 8:00 & 8:30 p.m.) — Clothes, fragrances, massages, mimosas, fine leather goods … That’s right. Treat Yo Self is back. With Donna getting married, Tom as the butler of honor, a wedding cake needed, and Leslie craving waffles, tonight’s looking pretty sweet.

The Flash (CW, 8:00 p.m.) — A former protegé of Dr. Wells is back in town and he’s not interested in happy reunions. Hartley Rathaway (a.k.a. Pied Piper) is after some good ol’ fashioned vengeance following the particle acceleration explosion, which gifted him with abilities to manipulate sound waves. Barry’s going to have to outwit, not outrun this opponent who apparently carries a flute and is described as an evil Harry Potter.

Face Off (Syfy, 9:00 p.m.) — The artists are tasked with creating a deadly predator with their makeup kits, and Josh Hutcherson drops by to show off some of his Hunger Games skills.

Marry Me (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) — Jake has no friends, which doesn’t sit well with Annie’s big wedding plans, so she sets out to wrangle in some more groomsmen.

Marvel’s Agent Carter (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — Howard Stark returns but he probably won’t find a warm welcome from Peggy once she discovers he’s basically been using her this entire time. Watch out Howard. The lady has a gun and she knows how to use it.

Sons of Liberty (HIST, 9:00 p.m.) — I highly doubt any of our founding fathers are as good-looking as the guys on this show but it’s still fun to imagine Benjamin Franklin as a boozed up, womanizing Dean Norris.

Supernatural (CW, 9:00 p.m.) — Charlie’s back and her homecoming plans consist of beating the sh*t out of a district attorney. Ever the optimist, Dean assumes she’s hunting demons again and the D.A. must be one. (Or maybe she just wanted to get out of all those parking tickets? Just sayin.)

Ground Floor (TBS, 10:00 p.m.) — Brody isn’t happy when Jenny invites the sophisticated Mr. Mansfield over for dinner because he doesn’t want him to know how poor they are. He’s your boss, he signs your checks, I think he knows you aren’t exactly living the high-life pal.

Justified (FX, 10:00 p.m.) — Raylan runs into problems when his investigation leads to a conflict with a paramilitary team, while Boyd tries to salvage a profit from his crew’s heist.

Sirens (USA, 10:00 & 10:30 p.m.) — The Season 2 premiere is all about love. Johnny and Theresa begin nesting, Brian struggles with his feelings for Voodoo, Billy starts dating Theresa’s sister, and Hank, well, he’s single and pretty miserable about it. Just in case you were wondering, yes, this show is a British knock-off and you should check out the original because Robb Stark was in it and he played a gay paramedic. Enough said.

Kroll Show (Comedy Central, 10:30 p.m.) — George and Gil prank a trucker on the road and Liz leaves town to concentrate on growing out her bangs.

LATE NIGHT SHOW: Nicole Kidman and Patton Oswalt on Fallon; Kevin Costner and Eddie Redmayne on Kimmel; Rainn Wilson and Lucy Hale on Conan; Jane Lynch on Meyers; and David Letterman on The Late Late Show.
