“First look videos” are the new “trailers.” What’s the difference between the two? Well, trailers reveal plot, comical record scratches, and dogs doing double takes. First look videos show the cast of Mad Men hanging out around the pool… which is perfectly fine with me! I never realized how much I’ve missed Pete being a creep (we know what you’re looking at, Mr. Future Bear Snack) or Roger smirking or teenage Sally being more stylish than most adults until it’s right in front of me, and now that it’s here, I hope the final season of Mad Men is just the cast walking around like they’re in the opening credits of a wonderfully cheesy ’70s sitcom.
