Here’s Zachary Quinto And Conan O’Brien Sharing Some Touching Memories Of Leonard Nimoy

Zachary Quinto stopped by Conan to promote How Can She Slap on NBC and the conversation ended up at an obvious destination: the passing Leonard Nimoy. The Star Trek star passed back at the end of February and his death is still lingering for a lot of folks. Praise has poured out and this interview with Quinto is no different.

He details how close he got with Nimoy after stepping into the role of Spock for the new Star Trek films, celebrating his accomplishments. Conan added in his own Nimoy memory from when the star agreed to lend his voice to The Simpsons and O’Brien fanboyed upon first sight of Nimoy.

I assume this was for the Monorail episode since it was one of the notables that Conan wrote and Nimoy’s first appearance on the show, but I could be wrong. Either way, it continues to be clear that Nimoy meant a lot to folks from all corners and professions.
