Since the announcement that the next season of American Horror Story will take place in a hotel and star Lady Gaga, there’s been just a few other casting rumors confirmed. So far, we have the addition of Matt Bomer, who briefly but memorably appeared in Freak Show, as well as Glee’s Cheyenne Jackson, Chloë Sevigny, and Wes Bentley, also of Freak Show.

With the addition of beefcakes Bomer and Bentley, the question raises as to whether or not the beefcakiest of Freak Show’s men will be returning, Finn Wittrock, who played fan-favorite character Dandy Mott. Unfortunately, even Wittrock himself doesn’t know the answer to that question, but as he said in a recent interview via Fashion & Style, he’d be more than happy to come back.

“He’s kept a lot of actors in the dark,” the actor said in an interview with Out magazine. He also admitted that he would definitely love to come back, saying, “I’m stuck!”

Wittrock hinted there still might be a chance for him to return, saying, “Like I say, Ryan is very loyal.”

Although the character of Dandy Mott was sometimes written a little over the top for my taste, Wittrock was fantastic in his portrayal and rivaled only Jessica Lange as far as chewing scenery went. So, it goes without saying that most fans would probably love to see him back.

Also, no word yet on other American Horror regulars including Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts, and Kathy Bates, but it’s to be assumed that at least some will be returning.
