What’s On Tonight: ‘Archer’ Ends Its Season, ‘The Slap’ Is No More, And ‘Lip Sync Battle’ Begins

Archer
(FX, 10:00 p.m.) — More microscopic hijinks and exploration in the thrilling conclusion of the two-part “Fantastic Voyage” Archer season finale.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC, 8:00 p.m.) — McDreamy and his sister banter playfully in the workplace and schoolchildren on a class trip are scarred for life after seeing two injured cops at the hospital. Who takes a class full of kids to a hospital on a field trip?

The Big Bang Theory (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) — Sheldon and Leonard try to sneak into George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch and I’d like to remind you that Fanboys is available where obscure DVDs are sold.

Scandal (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — A congressman needs Olivia to handle a situation with his father and Jake is tossing out threat grenades.

The Blacklist (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) — The task force tries to bring down a robin hood robber who goes after the super rich.

Mom (CBS, 9:30 p.m.) — More chemical dependency situation comedy (a lost art) as Bonnie gets some back pills.

American Crime (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) — Barb buries her son and Carter tries to go on the lam.

The Slap (NBC, 10:00 p.m.) — For weeks, we’ve followed the extended cast of The Slap as they dealt with their precious life dramas and the reverberations that came from Sylar slapping little Hugo. Meanwhile, Hugo has been plotting in the background with his little hands and a big idea: build an exoskeleton, rise to adult stature, and slap Sylar back. Tune in tonight for the series/season finale to see if that or something remotely entertaining happens.

Lip Sync Battle (Spike, 10:00-11:00 p.m.) — I don’t know why I, and probably you, love the lip sync battles from The Tonight Show, but lets not hide our affections and shrink from the light of this new show in the name of being hip. Let’s embrace famous people acting silly while moving their mouths to other people’s songs as the LL Cool J-hosted standalone show makes its double-episode premiere.

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Jason Statham and Brian Wilson on Kimmel; Kelly Ripa and Aasif Mandvi on Letterman; Jeff Goldblum on Corden; Michelle Obama, Matthew Morrison, and The Smashing Pumpkins on Fallon; Jesse Eisenberg and Rob Huebel on Meyers; and Aubrey Plaza and Ron Funches on Conan.
