AMC Gives Us The First Video Footage Of The ‘Fear The Walking Dead’ Leads

We still don’t have an official premiere date for Fear the Walking Dead, but it will arrive sometime this summer, and I expect it will be late, getting us closer to the premiere of the sixth season of The Walking Dead. In the meantime, AMC is heavily promoting the rest of its 2015 slate in an effort to pique viewers’ interest in series aside from those related to The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul. In that promo, we get a few glimpses of Fear the Walking Dead.

There’s really not much there. In fact, here are screenshots of everything Fear the Walking Dead-related:

Those are series’ stars Kim Dickens, Cliff Curtis, and — in the top photo — what looks like a Los Angeles resident who is about to be eaten by a zombie (but definitely not a “walker”). That’s actually Frank Dillane (young Tom Riddle in the Harry Potter movies, and the son of Stephen Dillane), who plays the drug-abusing son of Kim Dickens’ character. He’s not going to die there.

Entertainment Weekly has also offered a few production images from the set.

Finally, in case you missed it during the season finale of The Walking Dead, here was the first teaser trailer for Fear the Walking Dead.
