What’s On Tonight: M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Wayward Pines’ And The ‘Scandal’ Season Finale

Wayward Pines (FOX, 9:00 p.m.) — M. Night Shyamalan makes his debut on the small screen with this psychological thriller about the search for missing federal agents in a small town in Idaho. It stars Matt Dillon, Melissa Leo, Terrence Howard, Carla Gugino, and Juliette Lewis, all of whom we’ll surely find out were dead the whole time.

Scandal (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — In the Season 4 finale, Olivia Pope and the Oliviaettes try to bring Command to its knees, and hologram Wolf Blitzer (or a reasonable facsimile) announces the election results, which is an “uh oh” moment for Mellie.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC, 8:00 p.m.) — Something bad happens, again, on the Season 11 finale, which forces the doctors to consider their priorities. What’s the something? I don’t know, but they can’t kill him twice.

The Vampire Diaries (The CW, 8:00 p.m.) — Alaric and Jo deal with a party crasher after they get hitched, and Damon makes a hard decision that puts Stefan and Caroline in a tough position.

NBA Playoffs (ESPN, 8:00/10:30 p.m.) — Another buzzer-beater opportunity when LeBron and the Cavs take on the Bulls in Game 6, followed by Rockets vs. Clippers.

The Blacklist (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) — James Spader probably does some badass stuff and helps Liz after she realizes she’s being framed by “The Cabal” in the Season 2 finale.

American Crime (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) — Season 1 ends as the criminal case comes to a dramatic close.

Louie (FX, 10:00 p.m.) — Jane has some friends sleep over. Hopefully they survive the inevitable crash course on human mortality that just emanates from Louis C.K.

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Dean Norris, Olivia Munn and Sleater-Kinney on Conan; One Direction on Corden; Rebel Wilson on The Daily Show; Bill O’Reilly and Snoop Dogg on Fallon; Amy Schumer, Ludacris and Jose Gonzalez on Kimmel; George Clooney and Tom Waits say goodbye to Letterman.
