Will Netflix begin airing ads before and after episodes while you’re binge-watching their latest release?
Yes, and no.
Rumors began to fly yesterday that Netflix was testing ads on the streaming service in order to increase revenue after Vice suggested it could be a possibility down the road. That suggestion was based on the fact that Netflix had begun testing ads for their own content with some users, which had been met with frustration.
However, a Netflix spokesman was quick to refute any suggestion that Netflix would begin airing third-party ads.
Netflix spokesman: We have zero intention of putting ads on our platform; no change at all in policy.

In other words, yes: You may see native advertisements for Netflix’s own original content, but no: The streaming service will not interfere your binge-watching with commercials for Carl’s, Jr. or any other third-party advertiser.
