Fresh on the gruesomely-bent heels of AMC’s poolside teaser for Fear The Walking Dead, the highly anticipated prequel series to The Walking Dead, two new still-fresh short advertisements have aired on the cable channel and appeared online.
The one above gives us our first good up-close shot of one of the show’s walkers, albeit indirectly via the reflection of a minivan’s window. The second one, which takes place at a popular skate park, gives us a direct shot of a walker’s black, blue and gangrenous foot as it slowly shuffles toward the unsuspecting kids in the background.
Given the teasers’ reveals in the final hours before the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con, it’s probably no coincidence that AMC is timing these ads in conjunction with the show’s big panel (along with The Walking Dead) in the coveted Hall H on Friday.
