What’s On Tonight: ‘Key & Peele’ Premieres And Charles Barkley Is On ‘Suits’

Key & Peele (Comedy Central, 10:00 p.m.) — Y’all ready for the Season 4 premiere of Tacktheritrix & Dookmarriot? I mean, @Aliciousness & Teeth? Er, Key & Peele? They’re back with more potentially viral sketch comedy in an episode titled, “Y’all Ready for This?” And, yes, we probably are.

Why? With Hannibal Buress (Comedy Central, 10:30 p.m.) — Series premiere. Hannibal Buress finally got his own show. This is a good thing.

Suits (USA, 9:00 p.m.) — THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Sir Charles Barkley himself will appear in tonight’s episode of Suits. The man’s previous acting credits include Space Jam and an episode of Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper. If you don’t have room on your DVR, you had better make some.

The Spoils Before Dying: Murder in B-Flat (IFC, 9:00 p.m.) — Michael K. Williams, Will Ferrell, Mya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig star in a noir thriller set in the underbelly of the Los Angeles jazz scene that’s probably better than True Detective Season 2. Also, I know I had you at Michael K. Williams.

MLB Wednesday Night Baseball (ESPN, 7:00 p.m.) — The National League’s most intense rivalry takes center stage when the Cardinals and Cubs finish out a four-game series at Wrigley Field.

Big Brother (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) — Let’s be honest … either you’re watching or you’re not. If you are, episode seven of Season 17 premieres tonight.

MasterChef (FOX, 8:00 p.m.) — Anything Gordon Ramsay can do, the remaining contestants can do almost as well, hopefully. The competitors will square-off in a battle to see who can emulate Ramsay’s classic Beef Wellington the best. The losers have to cook with English peas and quail eggs, which sounds way worse than having to walk a plank or get slimed.

Extant (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) — Molly’s still in Gothika mode, trying to assess her own sanity while she and JD play midwife for a dying pregnant woman.

Mr. Robot (USA, 10:00 p.m.) — Elliot is still trying to ween himself off of fsociety while some dirty stuff goes down at Evil Corp. It should be noted that none of these characters/organizations have taken credit for today’s NYSE fiasco or the United Airlines debacle. It’s only a matter of time, though, right?

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Elijah Wood and Chris Hardwick on Conan.
