Stephen Colbert And Emily Blunt Are Still Charming, Even When Pretending To Vomit

Fans have been wondering what Stephen Colbert would be bringing to The Late Show from The Colbert Report, and it seems that, despite the different venue and expanded audience, Colbert still feels like the same old Colbert. Between going ham on Donald Trump again and the return of his pretend vomiting, longtime fans can seemingly rest easy.

Emily Blunt appeared on The Late Show to promote her latest film, Sicario, and admitted that she and her husband, John Krasinski, were big fans of Colbert’s tried and true puke-takes. Colbert was more than happy to oblige his lovely guest with the opportunity to test her own technique via the final lines of Gone With The Wind.

While I never should have doubted her acting skills, the dedication Blunt brings to the task is truly impressive. Between the uncomfortable shifting of her chair to the variety to the different shades of desperation captured in her expressions, she brings it like a pro. Blunt may have broken our hearts by shooting down those persistent Captain Marvel rumors, but this is a great first step on the road to healing.

But, seriously, though: How can two people be so charming while pretending to swallow their own vomit? This is truly a superhuman feat.
