American Horror Story: Hotel (FX, 10:00 p.m.) — John learns a lot about himself when he’s forced to take inventory of his soul and decide exactly how far he’s willing to push himself to catch the Ten Commandments Killer.

Arrow (The CW, 8:00 p.m.) — Three’s a crowd in Part 2 of the Flash/Arrow crossover, which focuses on a meeting between Green Arrow, The Flash and Vandal, while everyone else is working together to develop a plan to destroy Vandal.

Christmas in Rockefeller Center (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) — When we think Christmas, we think Carly Rae Jepsen and Mary J. Blige, so it’s fitting that both will perform in this holiday extravaganza hosted by Matt Lauer and the rest of the Today crew.

The Goldbergs (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) — Beverly and Barry enter the danger zone when they sign up for the ROTC.

Modern Family (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — Modern Family goes full Seinfeld when Gloria wins a school auction for a family seminar session with a famous doctor who urges patients to participate in an airing of the grievances.

Blackish (ABC, 9:30 p.m.) — Wanda Sykes takes over half of Stevens & Lido and Dre’s freeloading friend Sha crashes at the house for a few days.

Nashville (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) — Scarlett surprises Caleb on a break from her grueling tour schedule and Rayna’s got a problem with a new artist who wants to boot a song off his album at the 11th hour.

The League (FXX, 10:00 p.m.) — The league is jeopardy when the gang gets kicked off their fantasy football website. So, Kevin goes old school and runs the league without the fancy comfort of the internet.
