How I Met Your Mother fan Ricardo J. Dylan liked the series finale, up until the final five minutes or so. He saw the potential in what could have been, so Dylan put together an alternate ending, one that’s SO much better than what creators creators Carter Bays and Craig Thomas actually gave us. Gone is Ted showing up at Robin’s door with the blue french horn; instead, Dylan’s version concludes with Ted and the Mother meeting at the train station, and Ted telling the kids (that look like this now), “And that, kids, is how I met your mother.”
If Dylan could edit out the rest of season nine, minus the scenes with the Mother, I’d appreciate it.
