NFL Hall of Famer and morning host Michael Strahan spiced up a rather boring episode of Lip Sync Battle with the 1990 hit “Poison” by Bel Biv DeVoe. He did an admirable job really, even gave us a few decent dance moves. But then he was joined on stage by BBD themselves – Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, and Ronnie DeVoe. And then everyone forgot Michael Strahan was there. And then we remembered how great New Edition was. And then, dammit, why did you leave them Bobby Brown! Why?!

Oh yeah, Strahan went on to lose the Lip Sync Battle belt to…Hoda Kotb. Yeah, that happened.
