Chris Pratt Will Return To TV To Hang Out With His Real-Life Wife Anna Faris On ‘Mom’

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are a delightful couple, aren’t they? Heck, they make such a charming pair that we’d almost brave Movie 43 for them. According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, Faris and Pratt will be aligning forces on the small screen in the near future.

Pratt is set to guest star on Mom, the Anna Faris and Allison Janney dramedy you’ve been putting off despite some pretty glowing reviews. In an episode set to air in early 2017, Pratt will take on the role of a horseback riding instructor that Faris’ Christy is romantically interested in. Considering both actors have no problem going all out for a laugh, there’s bound to be something marvellous that’ll be mined out of this appearance. Or we just set the bar way too high. Er, sorry about that.

Speaking of guest stars, Bradley Whitford will be popping by this season to ramp up your West Wing nostalgia and presumably have a number of scenes with Emmy-magnet Janney. Whitford has a knack for nailing both comedy and drama, so the tone of the show should be right in his wheelhouse. Season 4 of Mom is slated to make its debut on October 27 on CBS.
