While it must be tempting for Community creator Dan Harmon to seat a life-sized wax statue of Chevy Chase in Pierce Hawthorne’s study room table seat, and see if anyone notices, he’s decided to go a different route in replacing Greendale’s crankiest student. The whining, the scratching, the eating of dead mice, all the things that constantly got Chevy Chase in trouble are going to look a lot cuter when done by this ball of grump:
