Conan announced on his show last night that he’s going to be hosting the MTV Movie Awards this year. In related news, the MTV Movie Awards are apparently still a thing? I had no idea! Fun fact: I just looked up a list of past hosts to try to figure out when the last time I watched the MTV Movie Awards was (and still can’t figure it out) and apparently in 1995 Jon Lovitz and Courtney Cox co-hosted them together, which, what the sh*t?
Anyway, in summary, this is excellent news. If Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and Jennifer Lawrence don’t get into a fight on the red carpet then I revolt.
