The Daily Show kicked off the week last night by blasting 60 Minutes for the bullsh*t Benghazi report — which was done by Lara Logan and her heaving breasts — it aired recently. In case you haven’t heard, 60 Minutes didn’t exactly do a stellar job fact-checking its main source in the report, a man found to be completely full of sh*t by other news outlets just days after the report aired.
“If you cannot trust an international mercenary existing in the netherworld twixt assassin and bounty hunter — whose very livelihood is predicated on the flexible morality needed to survive in the chaos of lawlessness and failed nations — I mean, who can you trust?”, Jon Stewart joked last night with his tongue planted firmly in his cheek.
He then went on to take “pile of shit” Time magazine to the woodshed for putting Chris Christie on its cover under the headline, “Elephant In The Room.”
