Last night on The Daily Show, Jon Stewart — perhaps in an attempt to finally appease right wingers’ endless calls for him to cover an issue that actually matters — addressed these potential calamities. He tried to calm the masses with reasons like “this probably isn’t true” and “you probably shouldn’t eat so much bacon, anyway.” Yeah, good luck with that logic.
