‘Friends From College’ Do Drugs In The Trailer For Keegan-Michael Key’s Netflix Series

Kevin Arnold from The Wonder Years was born in 1956. So, he was in his late-20s and mid-30s in the 1980s, when everyone was doing cocaine (at least according to Oliver Stone movies). Unfortunately (?), we never saw Kevin take drugs, so we don’t know he’d react to marijuana, let alone coke.

But it would probably look a little something like this…

Netflix released the trailer for Friends From College, a new series from Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Francesca Delbanco about a “group of friends who went to Harvard together and are now facing down their forties and experiencing a range of success, or lack thereof, both professionally and domestically,” according to Netflix. The eight-episode series has a strong cast, including Savage (R.I.P. The Grinder), Keegan-Michael Key (Key and Peele), Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother), Nat Faxon (Ben and Kate), Annie Parisse (Law and Order), and Billy Eichner (Billy On the Street). Eichner gets one line in the teaser, and naturally, he’s yelling (not about La La Land, though).

The clip above doesn’t reveal much about the plot, other than the aforementioned coke is involved, and there are contests involving throwing pizza at the wall and roof. In other words, college.

Friends from College comes out on July 14.
