Our first glimpse at Netflix’s Fuller House (which premieres Feb. 26) came last December, except it was more an advertisement for adorable puppies than a teaser for a television show. Since then, we’ve seen D.J., Stephanie, and Kimmy do the Whip/Nae Nae; looked at set photos; and celebrated the return of Mr. Woodchuck. But still no official trailer. Whatever happened to the predictability of actual footage? Well, familiar friends, here you go.

Earlier today, Candace Cameron-Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber dropped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and that’s officially a very weird sentence to anyone who grew up watching Full House and Mr. Wrong. After some chit-chat from the Fuller House ladies about how they’re all great friends forever (oops, wrong ’90s show), Ellen premiered the first full-length trailer. It’s just as corny as you think it is, with an understandable reliance on familiar catchphrases and meta references to how long the show’s been off the air.

Except now there are jokes about tight dresses, and the action follows the girls more than the boys. That’s probably for the best. No one needs to know how many bodies Joey has in his garage-turned-bedroom.
