It turns out ISIS is trying to diversify its team a little. Yeah, you wouldn’t think a terrorist group would be worried about such things, but ISIS are the cool guys, what with their Facebook and Twitter recruitment. Also, they want to spread their chaos to China, and probably want someone who can blend in.
So, how does ISIS recruit their target demo of Chinese Muslims? Through a four minute song that, as Trevor Noah suggests, explains what PM Dawn has been up to for all these years. Noah would go on to make a few other observations, like how “The Alhayat Media Center” is a terrible name for a record label or what it must be like to run the music division of ISIS.
