In case you missed it, a new World’s Ugliest Dog was crowned last week. This year, the honor went to Quasi Modo, a 10-year-old pitbull-Dutch shepherd mix who happens to be missing a vertebrae here and there, but is otherwise a normal, healthy dog. But even having won this very important and prestigious award, Jimmy Kimmel points out that no one wants to be the “world’s ugliest” anything, so he once again treated the winner to a makeover, this time enlisting the help of celebrity fashion expert Carson Kressley.
If you think Kressley would go into this fashion assignment as anything less than a professional just because it involves putting a wig on an ugly dog, think again. You can tell by the knowing glance he gives the manicurist doing Quasi’s nails that this will be the pièce de résistance of his career.
