Comedy Central’s renowned documentary series Drunk History is about to end its third season and in the finale, comedian Kyle Kinane is taking on the epic Space Race of the mid-20th century. Did you know that the Russians who agreed to be the first humans in space did it because they had nothing better to do? It makes perfect sense. It was the Cold War and that means no combat, so these guys were really freaking bored. Going into space was probably an awesome activity compared to stupid stuff like spying and junk.

Featured in this space-themed episode are Chelsea Peretti, Paul Scheer, Adam Devine, Blake Anderson, and Nathan Fillion. According to Mashable, the other segments are about the love story between Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan and how Wernher von Braun became the father of rocket science.

The third season finale of Drunk History airs Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 10:30 p.m.
