Josh was a bigger fan of this week’s Saturday Night Live with Lady Gaga than I was (I thought it was mostly worthless, save for two sketches), but regardless of your take on the episode, it gave Saturday Night Live its highest ratings of the season, which is somewhat ironic considering what a huge flop Lady Gaga’s album has been for her record company (which stands to lose $25 million on it).
At any rate, there was an unaired sketch from the show, which is actually pretty good, although it mostly filters gender stereotypes through pirate speak. It succeeds (kind of) thanks to the mermen and Kate McKinnon’s splendid beard. It’s Movember for everyone.
