Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’ Is Causing The Women To Revolt On ‘Late Night’

There was once an era where we lived in a world without Beyoncé’s Lemonade. It sounds inconceivable, but many historians can confirm that such a period of time did exist.

Reliably hilarious NBC chat show Late Night with Seth Meyers is not immune to the changes that come from living in the Lemonade era. Host Seth Meyers elected to showcase how Queen Bey’s new visual album has impacted the office in a segment titled “Beyoncé Lemonade Late Night Aftermath.” It might remind you of your workplace depending on corporate attitudes regarding baseball bats.

Stuffed into a four minute video rather than a full-on visual album, the clip pays loving homage to Beyoncé’s HBO offering with a confident band of women holding dominion over their surroundings. Middle fingers are lifted, bats are brandished and Seth tries to explain that “most bomb p*ssy” might not be TV-appropriate. This may explain why “most bomb p*ssy” was never uttered on Diagnosis Murder.

As is customary with these sorts of “hey look at this” type posts, we have this Late Night video tucked above for your viewing pleasure. Come for the style and swagger, stay for the office explosion and birthday cake demolition.
