Lauren Cohan, who will be starring in the horror film The Boy, recently got a short haircut, which has made some fans of The Walking Dead nervous about the fate of her character, Maggie. Given Cohan’s uncontrollably shrieking reaction to being scared by a man wearing a mask on the Ellen show, however, maybe we should just be happy that the actress didn’t die straight away from a heart attack. We’ve seen a lot of celebrities react to being scared on Ellen, but Cohan’s startled reaction was straight out of a horror film.
One day, scaring unsuspecting celebrities is going to get Ellen DeGeneres in trouble, or at least in more trouble than she got in with Modern Family‘s Eric Stonestreet, who has vowed never to return to her show. Until the inevitable lawsuits for emotional trauma arrive, however, we can continue to enjoy these delightfully unscripted moments from celebs.
