Kim Powell, a local news reporter out of Odessa, Texas, has an unusual way of getting her vocal chords warmed up and her lips moving in all the right ways: She raps “Alphabet Aerobics” from Blackalicious, and she does it some sweet justice. That’s some mean vocal javelin.
