Matt LeBlanc Only Wants To Catch Up On ‘Game Of Thrones’ For A Creepy Emilia Clarke-Inspired Reason

HBO’s hit show Game of Thrones has gotten fans excited for being a rich, rewarding and exciting experience with deep stories, fleshed out characters and a lot of intrigue. Oh yeah, and a lot of skin as well. Former Friends star Matt LeBlanc was on the red carpet at the 2016 Emmy Awards tonight when he was asked if he was a big fan of Game of Thrones. He looked around for Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke, then followed up with a comment that is raising some eyebrows.

“You know, that is kinda what this whole thing was about, yeah, I saw the first season and I kinda fell out of touch with it, so… and I guess that’s when she started getting naked, so yeah, I need to catch up.”

Sure, we get it, Game of Thrones features quite a bit of skin and Emilia Clarke has been nude in the show a number of times now, which has become a talking point for her over the past year or so. Still, something about the way that Matt LeBlanc said that was just, well, a bit creepy, wasn’t it? The star of the upcoming show Man with a Plan probably needs to work on the whole appearing fatherly angle as opposed to the silver fox leering at starlets thing to promote a show about being a dad. It’s okay, every actor needs to make that transition some day.
