In case you missed it, British television personality and pompous windbag Piers Morgan recently took Susan Sarandon to task on Twitter over the revealing outfit she wore to the Golden Globes — not because because of her age, mind you — but because the actress had the gall to wear it while presenting the In Memoriam segment. This resulted in some friendly back and forth between the two on Twitter, and then bizarrely, women came to Sarandon’s defense by tweeting Morgan their own cleavage pics.
For his part, Morgan discussed the controversy during an appearance on James Corden Monday night alongside Mayim Bialik, holding firm on his stance that Sarandon should not have worn the outfit during “what is normally a pretty solemn, very respectful tribute to people who have died in the previous year.” (Okay, let’s not forget it’s the Golden Globes, where everyone is drunk.) He goes on to say that he’s since been “punished” by thousands of feminists who have been tweeting him pictures of their own cleavage, which provoked Bialik — a self-described feminist herself — to get up and proudly flash him her own cleavage.
Sooo… When I woke up this morning I didn’t think I’d be typing the words “Mayim Bialik flashes Piers Morgan her cleavage” any more than you thought you’d be reading them, but here we are regardless. You’re very welcome.
