Seth MacFarlane Will Host The Season Premiere Of 'Saturday Night Live'

Seth MacFarlane is going to host the season premiere of Saturday Night Live? Wow, that reminds me of the time I hosted Saturday Night Live back in the 70s…

[Cut to yellow-ish tinted shot of the SNL stage. The year is 1979. Don Pardo announces “… and your host, Danger Guerreeerrrrrrrooooo.” I emerge from the door in a comically 70s leisure suit, holding a cigarette and a glass of scotch, and do that dumb “half-jog slash acknowledge the band” thing as I make my way to the front of the stage. I smile and wave to the crowd as they applaud wildly, patiently waiting a full minute for them to settle down so I can begin my monologue.]

“Thanks. It’s great to be here in NEW YORK CITY. [crowd goes wild again] We’ve got a great show for you tonight. Olivia Newton-John is h-”

[Bear leaps onto stage and mauls me for 45 uninterrupted seconds. Credits roll.]

Stay tuned for American Dad.
