On last night’s episode of The Tonight Show, we found out one of Steve Higgins’ talents: he’s pretty good (?) at imitating Jamaican rapper/singer Shaggy. Not one to ignore a possibility of a funny late night segment, Jimmy Fallon invited Mr. Boombastic himself to have the show’s first ever — and only, I hope — “Shaggy-Off!”
