For the final installment of “Colbert Platinum,” Stephen Colbert had a special holiday gift edition that focused on naming rights, and how “there’s no better gift for your family than donating money to get your family’s name on as many things as possible.” That way the whole community can see how rich you are! As such, it occurred to Stephen Colbert that one can make fistfuls of money selling their naming rights — so with two days left of The Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert introduced a fancy new title and opening segment for his show.

Needless to say, the new opening is pretty great — and even made Stephen Colbert break character a little bit. Man, it’s a shame there’s only two episodes left. Maybe Gwen Stefani would have had an easier time with this one.
