Season three of Silicon Valley wrapped up just one month ago — from today, to be exact — but if you already missed it, you’ll definitely want to watch this deleted scene released in conjunction with the season’s availability on Digital HD. The scene in question picks up early in the third season, when Richard was still in full meltdown mode after having been ousted as the CEO of Pied Piper in the season two finale, and replaced with “Action” Jack Barker.

Attempting to talk him down off a ledge, Erlich follows Richard as he storms out of the house after having threatened to quit the company. And of course, he does so in classic Erlich fashion. “Richard, are you familiar with cuckold porn?” he asks. For those uninitiated, he explains that “cuckold” is a “disturbing yet effective” sub-genre of pornography in which, basically, dudes get off on watching another man (or men) have sex with their wives.

His point being, that by leaving Pied Piper — the “woman” in this scenario — Richard would essentially be letting “Dinesh, Gilfoyle and god knows who else rub their gorilla hands all over [his] beautiful algorithm.” Suffice to say, as he moves further into the analogy, it starts to go off the rails a bit, and is definitely NSFW.
