The Flash has had a busy week. After his crossover with Supergirl, he’s returned to Central City just in time to screw up the timeline, as you do, and have a Dementor sent after him. Apparently Barry’s obsession with going back to Earth 2 means that he’s willing to go back in time to try and trick the Wells of the past into teaching him to run faster. Why, precisely, this time line is preserved when Wells was erased from reality at the end of the first season is hopefully something they’ll explain. Seriously, we’ll take “A ghost did it” at this point. We’ll find out tonight at 8 p.m. on the CW.
Meanwhile, over in the 616:
Agents of SHIELD has decided to get political with a right-wing militia hunting down Inhumans. Which considering the Inhumans we’ve met so far, like the guy with a death shadow, the guy who can paralyze you at a glance, and Lincoln the Human Taser seems like the kind of idea Hunter would have had, and maybe did; after all, he got fired last episode. Then again, when have a bunch of armed angry people really had any good ideas in the modern era? That said, we’re looking forward to Daisy and Mack butting heads, which has increasingly been fun to watch. That’s at 9 p.m. on ABC. Join us, won’t you?
