I was aware that Korea had it’s own version of SNL, but I wasn’t aware that they also did their own digital shorts. This one for Fifty Shades of Grey takes a completely different direction than the original SNL parodies attempted, opting to up the silliness and stay away from the sexuality of the source material. Meaning nobody gets spanked, but there’s plenty of creepy sh*t all over the place.
I don’t want to give away the entire joke, but it’s incredibly simple. Almost too simple at times, but it keeps itself moving and manages to surprise a little too. Also is this the Korean version of Fred Armisen?
