The most recent season finale of “Kourtney and Kim” received 4.5 million viewers. Meanwhile, the SIXTH season of “Keeping up with the Kardashians” debuted with 3 million viewers on Sunday. Plus, here’s something I didn’t know: “Kourtney and Kim” is a completely different show than “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” which is a different show than “Khloe and Lamar,” which is a different show than “Kourtney & Kim Take New York,” which is a different show than “Kourtney and Kim take Miami.”
