Many great comedians have been Playboy‘s Playmate of the Month. There’s Growing Pains‘ Julie McCullough, and National Lampoon’s Gold Diggers star Nikki Ziering, and Singled Out host Jenny McCarthy. All the icons.
Unfortunately, now that Playboy has announced they will no longer make Adam Sandler excited for nudie magazine day, Tina Fey won’t be able to join them. Sure, she can still get interviewed, or publish fiction, or by photographed for the cover with her clothes on, but it’s not the same as being some sticky teen’s fantasy, because boobs. The 30 Rock creator (who reunited with Tracy Morgan on SNL) even had her poses all picked out.
“Do you know what really killed Playboy, Colin? The Internet. The Internet cut out the middle man. We don’t need an old man anymore to choose which one of us gets to sell pictures of our boobs. We can all share our boobs now. It’s the sharing economy.”
What a time to be alive. Though Eagles fans are angry they never got to see Fey, who wonderfully described Hugh Hefner as a “100-year-old sex monster,” in her half-jersey idea. Then again, they’re always angry. And drunk.
