Watch Charlie Sheen Reprise His ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ Character On ‘The Goldbergs’

ABC Wednesday night has become one of the best blocks for comedy. Modern Family is what it is (not as good as the Emmys think it is, not as bad as many want it to be), but The Middle has been consistently and quietly solid for years now (you’ll win your Emmy one day, Sue Heck), while black-ish is arguably the best new sitcom of the season. It got good a lot quicker than The Goldbergs, which took a few episodes to shake off its “weren’t the ’80s crazy”-ness, but now that it has, it’s found a sweet spot between funny and emotionally hefty, while still leaving room for elaborate parodies like The Goonies and, this Wednesday, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

Will Charlie Sheen appear? Yes. Will a piano fall on Charlie Sheen’s head? Yes, please?

Can’t wait to see how Sheen pulls off playing someone who gets in trouble because of “drugs.”
