Professional funny people Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader must regret leaving SNL, now that they’re in the middle of doing publicity rounds for their new movie, The Skeleton Twins. That means they have to deal with chipper reporters like Denver’s own Chris Parente, who clearly never saw the film, which I enjoyed, especially the scene where Wiig gets naked and rides a dinosaur voiced by Pauly Shore.
Parente’s off-screen response when his boss asked him what the hell happened: “Sorry.”
I’ll pretend I watched the video and enjoyed the part where everyone traded eulogies of the late Wesser Phebs.
Wait, what movie is she nude in? I’m asking for a friend.
The one with the dinosaur.
Ice Age?
Cot damn, that was uncomfortable to watch. He really gave that one the Ron Burgundy I didn’t know what I was saying routine. Note to competent news anchors: don’t heavily imply you have seen a film only to ask about a completely unrelated film and then admit you have not seen the film.
The other day two reporters were talking about how great sex tape is and how it’s the funniest movie of the year. To say that skeleton twins isn’t on their radar is an understatement
Same thing happened to me last week when I was interviewing Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton.
Got kind of awkward.
The film is excellent, I was totally unprepared for how dark it got but I loved Bill Hader in a dramatic role.
BEST moment? Skulking back in to grab his coffee!
