HBO Puts ‘Westworld’ Episode 2 And The ‘Divorce’ Premiere Online Early To Avoid Donald Trump

The first presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump was watched by some 80 million people, or more than three times as many viewers as the highest-rated episode of Game of Thrones. That’s how you know something is popular in 2016: When it’s bigger than Game of Thrones. The ratings for the second debate aren’t expected to be quite as high — a trainwreck is only “entertaining” for so long — but HBO is still playing it safe by releasing the second episode of Westworld and the Divorce premiere early.

As in, you can watch them right now! Both episodes, as well as the pilot for Issa Rae’s promising Insecure, are available for streaming on HBO Go and HBO Now. This week’s Westworld follows two guests, William and Logan, who “arrive at Westworld with different expectations and agendas,” according to the official plot synopsis. “Bernard and Quality Assurance head Theresa Cullen debate whether a recent host anomaly is contagious. Also, the Man in Black conscripts a condemned man, Lawrence, to help him uncover Westworld’s deepest secrets.” Meanwhile, Divorce, starring HBO alum Sarah Jessica Parker, is a “funny but frustrating” look at the end of a marriage.

The Man In Black ain’t got nothing on The Man In Orange-Face.
