What’s On Tonight: ‘It’s Always Sunny’ Tries To Catch A Thieving Leprechaun

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FXX, 10:00 p.m.) — Who all seen Charlie catch a leprechaun say “YEAH!”

Broad City (Comedy Central, 10:00 p.m.) — Abbi and Ilana pull the ol’ switcheroo when Abbi needs someone to cover her shift at the food co-op, which makes this sound very much like a Double Teamed! spin-off.

The Middle (ABC, 8:00 p.m.) — Sue learns that sometimes less is more (especially when flirting) and Axl and Hutch get a taste of the road warrior lifestyle when they … move into a Winnebago.

Arrow (The CW, 8:00 p.m.) — Vixen goes full Animorphs and summons animal senses to help track Darhk.

American Idol (FOX, 8:00 p.m.) — Eight potential pop stars punch their tickets to the Top 10.

Survivor (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) — If you don’t know what’s up after 32 seasons, then nothing we say here will help you.

The Mysteries of Laura (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) — Laura’s sister is a suspect in a Brooklyn murder, so Laura reads ahead of the class to try to clear her name. Hooray, nepotism!

The Goldbergs (ABC, 8:30 p.m.) — Barry embraces that whole “size of the fight in the dog” thing after drawing inspiration from Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards, who is the focus of that new movie starring Hugh Jackman and the kid from Kingsman.

Criminal Minds (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) — The BAU plays a game of connect-the-dots with life-or-death stakes when L.A. women are found murdered in their own homes.

Supernatural (The CW, 9:00 p.m.) — Sam and Dean bond at a wrestling match (ya know, as bros do), and then get more QT than they bargained for when one of the wrestlers ends up D-E-D dead and they’ve got to investigate.

Modern Family (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — Hurricane party! A big storm hits Los Angeles (huh?) and the whole clan gets together to annoy each other by candlelight.

Black-ish (ABC, 9:30 p.m.) — Things get heavy when Dre and Bow butt heads over how to contextualize a case of police brutality for the kids.

Law & Order: SVU (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) — Rollins becomes a wild card (again) when it looks like a famous actor will get away with rape (again).

Code Black (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) — Mario and Angus re-enact that “I’m so excited! I’m so excited! I’m so … so … scared,” scene from Saved by the Bell in the season one finale of Code Black.

American Crime (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) — Becca comes clean and Curt’s estranged wife makes a clean getaway … with their son. (Gasp!)

Chicago PD (NBC, 10:00 p.m.) — “They merkin’ kids. They murder kids here. Why you think they don’t talk about it? They deserted us here.” Those are Chance the Rapper’s words, but they sound awfully appropriate considering the CPD and its community come together in the aftermath of the execution of a young boy.

Suits (USA, 10:00 p.m.) — Donna and Jessica play the angel and devil, respectively, on Harvey’s shoulders while Louis ponders a life as a turncoat bastard.

Man Seeking Woman (FXX, 10:30 p.m.) — Josh tries to convince Rosa that he’s over her, which — of course — is a fallacy because, if he were actually over her, he wouldn’t care whether or not she believed that he was over her. [Inception noise.]
