(USA, 10 p.m.) — Elliot and Mr. Robot make nice as the hacker tries to figure out what exactly happened to Tyrell Wellick. Elsewhere, Angela is interrogated by the FBI after her attempt to break into the intelligence agency gets her caught.

2016 Summer Olympics Primetime: Track and field; women’s diving; women’s beach volleyball (NBC, 8 p.m.) — Americans Brittney Reese and Tianna Bartoletta go for gold in long jump while the men race in the 200m semis and decathlon. Later, The Brazilians battle Germany for gold in beach volleyball.

Big Brother (CBS, 8 p.m.) — Another Power of Veto competition takes place.

Ghost Hunters (Syfy, 9 p.m.) — The famous Whitney restaurant in Detroit may be haunted. The guys investigate whether the deceased family members of the lumber baron who owned the building in the 1800s are stirring up trouble because of renovations and construction around the property.

Suits (USA, 9 p.m.) — Harvey protects Sutter from Cahill while Rachel and Jessica hunt for more evidence in order to reopen Bailey’s case. Elsewhere, Mike’s past threatens his mission and Louis takes Tara on a romantic getaway to the Hamptons.

American Gothic (CBS, 10 p.m.) — Alison tries to take down a reporter causing problems for the family while Garrett’s newly recovered memories of his time in the forest reveal some shocking secrets.

Another Period (Comedy Central, 10 p.m.) — Lillian turns to the bottle to mourn her husband’s death which doesn’t sit well with the recently-baptized Beatrice. Meanwhile, Dodo returns to Bellacourt Manor to get her life back on track after being served with divorce papers — and to challenge Chair to a duel.

Tyrant (FX, 10 p.m.) — Barry shuts himself off after Emma’s death; Leila leaves government and forms a new partnership; Cogswell is forced to take extreme measures in order to silence a blackmailer; and the Caliphate plans an invasion of Abuddin.
