I Get That a Lot (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) — Celebrities like Guy Fieri and Kristin Chenoweth go undercover as a car salesman and a waitress to surprise normal people. Also featuring Aaron Rodgers and Rita Ora, if that’s more your bag.

My Fat Saved My Life (TLC, 8:00 p.m.) — This hour-long documentary profiles people who — get this — would have died if not for their fat. Apt title, huh? One person fell off a building and was saved by fat. Another was shot … and now you feel better about the 7.2 pounds you packed on because you just had to have a third piece of pecan pie after Christmas dinner, didn’t you?

College Football (ESPN, 7:00) — Turns out that the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl is an actual thing, and the Texas A&M Aggies and Louisville Cardinals will be participating in it. Go team!

College Football (ESPN, 10:00 p.m.) — Are you ready for some more college football?!?! USC and Wisconsin square off in the National Funding Holiday Bowl.

Grease (ABC Family, 8:15 p.m.) — Rama lama lama ka dinga da dinga dong. Shoo-bop sha wadda wadda yippity boom de boom. Chang chang changitty chang sha-bop. Dip da-dip da-dip doo-wop da doo-bei doo. Boogedy boogedy boogedy boogedy. Shoo-be doo-wop she-bop. Sha-na-na-na-na-na-na-na yippity dip de doom.

8 Mile (MTV, 7:30 p.m.) — The edited version! Is there anything better than re-watching Eminem rap about throwing up on himself, except only half of his words are audible because they’ve gotta skip over all the naughty ones?
