What’s On Tonight: ‘Red Oaks’ Season 2 On Amazon And ‘The Blacklist’ Midseason Finale

The Blacklist (NBC, 10:00 p.m.) – In the midseason finale, Liz must assess her connection with an increasingly desperate Alexander Kirk – a man who is almost positively not her father – while Red puts the pressure on Dr. Shaw.

Red Oaks (Amazon) – The comedy series from Steven Soderbergh is back for season two and it’s funnier, sharper and more relevant than ever. The show follows a college kid in the 80s trying to figure out what do to with his life. Besides some great comedy, acting and tons of nostalgia, the series also offers a deeper look at the meaning of family and independence. It’s the perfect thing to binge watch right now.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow (CW, 8:00 p.m.) – The Legends head back in time to President Reagan’s White House and are shocked to discover their old enemy Damien Darhk is now a Senior Adviser to Reagan. The team tries to figure out what Darhk is up to while Sara struggles with whether to seek revenge or help.

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC, 8:00 p.m.) – Painful memories are triggered for Meredith, Richard, Owen and Stephanie when a complex surgery requires all hands on deck.

Rosewood (Fox, 8:00 p.m.) – Rosewood and Villa investigate the city’s popular cosmetic surgery industry after a famous Miami model is found dead on the beach.

Superstore (NBC, 8:00/8:30 p.m.) – Seasonal hiring brings some unruly new employees to the store. While Jonah and Garrett deal with the frustrating temps, Amy handles her husband, another new employee causing trouble for her. Later, the employees all contract a case of food poisoning on the busiest shopping day of the year but Amy’s sickness may be due to something else.

The Big Bang Theory (CBS, 8:00 p.m.) – Sheldon gets excited about potentially procreating with Amy after a successful gene experimentation. How romantic.

The Great Indoors (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) – Brooke must tell the millennials they’re losing their office perks because of budget cuts and Jack crashes with Clark while he searches for his own bachelor pad.

Pitch (Fox, 9:00 p.m.) — Amelia and Oscar team up to prevent some naked photos of Ginny being leaked while Mike gets moved to first base so that Livian Duarte can wear the catcher’s mitt.

Chicago Med (NBC, 9:00 p.m.) – A teen with a genetic condition is treated, but her overprotective mother resists the course of action and two estranged brothers reunite when one needs a lifesaving kidney transplant.

Notorious (ABC, 9:00 p.m.) — A disgraced TV news host needs help from Julia and Jake when her daughter is a murder suspect in the death of a wannabe filmmaker and Ray J owns the murder weapon.

Supernatural (CW, 9:00 p.m.) — Sam and Dean must act quickly to prevent a group of Nazi necromancers from resurrecting the soul of Adolf Hitler that’s been trapped in a 1930’s gold pocket watch.

Mom (CBS, 9:00 p.m.) – Bonnie spies Adam smoking pot before they have sex and her brain automatically creates the wild assumption that it’s because she’s undesirable. A more reasonable explanation: he just like getting high.

Life in Pieces (CBS, 9:30 p.m.) – Greg makes an anonymous donation with the money Gigi left him; John learns about her life at the nursing home; and Joan honors her memory with unusual jewelry.

Better Things (FX, 10:00 p.m.) – Sam is not having a good day.

Falling Water (USA, 10:00 p.m.) — Tess quits the dream experiments and uncovers more of her mother’s secrets; Burton rejects sleep to shake loose of Olivia; and Taka is torn between Kumiko and Sabine.

How to Get Away With Murder (ABC, 10:00 p.m.) – Annalise and Bonnie look for help from an unlikely source, causing tensions to rise amongst the Keating 5.

Pure Genius (CBS, 10:00 p.m.) — James wants to treat a police officer who suffered a brain injury in a car crash and lost all of his memories with a cutting-edge method to recode his brain.
