It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX) — It’s the TV premiere of “A Very Sunny Christmas,” the holiday DVD that was released last year. A must-watch for cheapskates like me.
Funniest Commercials of the Year (TBS) — Hosted by Isaiah Mustafa of Old Spice fame, who will be joined by David Hasselhoff and Jonathan Goldsmith, Dos Equis’ supposed “Most Interesting Man in the World” (a good idea, but a terribly executed ad campaign, in my opinion. The most interesting man in the world has DEFINITELY killed a guy). Anyway, I enjoy a good commercial that makes me laugh or just doesn’t generally lower my IQ, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to voluntarily watch commercials on TV.
Burn Notice (USA) — Two-hour season finale. I haven’t been watching this season; has Michael found out who burned him yet?
Larry King Live (CNN) — It’s King’s final show. He performed his job with a bare minimum of mediocrity for over two decades, which means he could have had similar success working at the post office or DMV.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Bravo) — Self-involved lizard women pretend to argue about inconsequential matters staged by producers. You can see why this show is such a hit.
