Sleepy Hollow (Fox, 9 p.m.) — Unfortunately, not a new episode. Due to baseball, Fox is airing Sleepy Hollow repeats for the month or so. Who’d want to see a show about a headless horsemen around Halloween? Watching the pilot again is still a better option than Vikings vs. Giants.
Mom (CBS, 9:30 p.m.) — Octavia Spencer guest stars, hopefully as “Octavia Spencer” on 30 Rock.
The Blacklist (NBC, 10 p.m.) — Blacklist James Spader should be a popular Halloween costume.
