“Good Nights” harkens to those nights we’ve all had, and while we’re busy reminiscing about them, Snow Tha Product jumps in and smacks us in the face with the first song. Over the frenetic, sparse beat, her wordplay and recounting of that wild night make the listener feel like they’re right there with her. Clearly, we’re in for a ride for the rest of the Good Nights and Bad Mornings 2: The Hangover.
Feisty in both her personality and her raps, the whole tape isn’t of in your face raps, fortunately, because that would be exhausting. Instead, she gives quite the selection of tracks, delving into that banger “On. Now” with Trae Tha Truth to the more lowkey “Bad Mornings,” and really, everything in between. Instead of it feeling like she’s trying to pander toward every subgenre of hip hop, it is impressive how comfortable she sounds on the wide array of beats.
What better way to spend Columbus Day than with Snow Tha Product’s massive 22 track offering of Good Nights and Bad Mornings 2: The Hangover. Stream and download below.
